About The Artist
I was born in 1981. I had my first art experience at home, because my father was a professional painter, J. Peeters. So I learned the first techniques from him. After studying law at the University of Nice (France), I started working in real estate and after a while I had the good fortune to work as an assistant to G. de Angelis, world-famous for the de Angelis Group, based in Monaco & Rome, with very luxurious construction projects. It gave me the opportunity to move exclusively into the world of architecture, art, fashion, models, business people, famous artists, musicians and film stars.
It brought me a lot of study material and reflection. Life also gave me a very difficult textbook. This combination resulted in an existential crisis that eventually led me to the philosophy behind my experience of art. First, the impermanence of matter. Second, the importance of nature, as a basic fact in which man should not forget his biological constitution. The building blocks of life are essential. Our higher consciousness is in decline if we forget who we really are. Moreover, we are fragmented, as traumas tear us apart internally. At the same time, going through certain violent incidents can also be very constructive. The third leitmotif in my artworks consists of the power of "positive disintegration"..
